Grass seems to be my recent focus so today I created four small works. There was a little bit if a system going on with four shades of green, four shades of blue and four warm colors. Looking at Diebenkorns Ocean Park series, I borrowed the angular sections of land, ratio of sky to water and limited my palette to focus on the simple lawn color.

I would love to pain these on a larger scale and will discuss my thoughts with professor tomorrow about using grass as the content of the remainder of my small works and proposal.
